Anubias Nana 'Pinto' is a rare and captivating cultivar of Anubias barteri var. nana, developed through selective propagation from green-leaf plants. Its pale green leaves feature white and cream marbling or striping that varies in intensity, making each plant truly one of a kind. This striking appearance makes it an ideal focal point in nano aquariums or detailed aquascape layouts.
With its small size and compact growth, 'Pinto' is perfect for foreground use or for attachment to dark lava rocks and driftwood, where its bright coloration creates a beautiful contrast. Like all Anubias, it is an epiphyte and should never be buried. It grows very slowly and prefers medium light to retain its variegation but does not require CO₂ supplementation. It tolerates a wide range of water parameters, making it suitable for both beginner and advanced aquascapers.
