Antinitrates is a strong ion exchange resin, specific for freshwater and marine aquariums.
The box contains a permeable sock packaged “Vacuum packed” to guarantee the freshness of the original product for a long time.
Nitrates are the final product of the degradation of ammonia by nitrifying bacteria. Nitrates are not toxic to fish but at high concentrations they can block their growth and cause serious problems of algal proliferation in aquariums.
The contents of the package are able to quickly eliminate up to 20,000 mg of nitrates from the water.
The product is safe, non-toxic and highly effective and keeps nitrate pollution under control.
Carefully cut the “Vacuum packed” package, remove the sock and place it, without rinsing, directly into a compartment of the aquarium filter.
As a guide, the sock is sufficient for an aquarium of up to 400 liters, with an average population, for a period of 3 months.
