Rotala rotundifolia has 15-30 cm long stems (2-3 cm wide) and long, narrow leaves. Unlike other species, Rotala is relatively undemanding, although it does need good light to produce red leaves. It easily forms side shoots, which means it needs to be pruned frequently to allow light to reach the lower parts of the leaves.
Remove the plant from the cup and rinse the gel thoroughly under running water. Then divide into small clumps (1-2 cm) and plant close together. As it grows, it will form a uniform group of mature plants.
In vitro breeding plant - free from snails, parasites and algae. High-quality gel was used as the medium, so it is accepted very quickly into the aquarium.
