HYGROPHILA SP. 'SIAMENSIS' – In Vitro Fast-Growing Background Plant for Large Aquariums
Hygrophila sp. 'Siamensis' is a vigorous, fast-growing aquatic plant originating from Asia, well suited for large freshwater aquariums. It is known for being low maintenance and highly adaptable, thriving in nearly any conditions. Grown in sterile in vitro conditions, this plant is free from snails, algae, and pests, ensuring complete safety for shrimp and delicate fish. Reaching up to 50 cm in height, it’s ideal for use in the aquarium background or third level.
With its upright structure and rapid development, Hygrophila sp. 'Siamensis' quickly forms dense clusters that provide a lush, green backdrop. It’s best planted in groups toward the rear of the tank to make full use of the vertical space and to ensure even growth. Once established, it also helps stabilize the aquarium environment by efficiently absorbing excess nutrients, aiding in algae control.
