CRYPTOCORYNE WENDTII 'BROAD LEAF'
A very simple waterspout from Sri Lanka. This is a variety of Cryptocoryne wendtii with fairly broad leaves. Plants can vary greatly in appearance and also the color of the leaves. Modern cell culture has enabled the isolation of the various types for propagation in pure varietal form. All variants of C. wendtii have one thing in common: they are easy to care for and easy to grow. The leaves of C. wendtii 'Broad Leaf' are deep green, sometimes with interesting brown speckles.
