This unusual and attractive cultivar is called 'Flamingo'. Its most eye-catching feature is the light to dark pink tones of the leaves. This variety was born as a freak of nature in one of our greenhouses. 'Flamingo' is grown only through meristem propagation in the laboratory and is sold in a plastic grow plate. It grows very slowly in aquariums and must have good lighting to ensure successful rooting and growth. A wonderfully decorative addition in combination with mosses or Hemianthus in small aquariums or Nano Cubes.
