ELEOCHARIS MONTEVIDENSIS

This Eleocharis americana has a fresh grass green color and grows to a height of 20-40 cm. It is basic and low maintenance. Each straw is only a few millimeters thick and the plant maintains an open growth form. It is suitable as a background plant, also it can be planted front and center of the aquarium, in transparent bunches, to create depth and perspective. The plant spreads by runners, which occasionally need to be pruned and perhaps planted elsewhere.
