ION-B ALK/PH+ Liquid 2000 ml is part of the advanced Nyos® ION-B method, a modern dosing system specifically developed for high-performance reef aquariums. This method is designed to be simple, intuitive and fully adaptable to the individual needs of each aquarium, ensuring chemical stability, ionic balance and optimal conditions for coral growth.
Using only two perfectly balanced solutions, the Nyos® ION-B system allows precise replenishment of calcium, magnesium and alkalinity consumed daily, effectively preventing ionic shift and maintaining a stable pH range between 8.0 and 8.3. The system also enables accurate replenishment and regulation of all essential trace elements required for coral health and coloration.
Nyos® ION-B ALK/PH+ is a concentrated liquid solution, pre-mixed and ready to use, formulated to increase alkalinity and stabilize pH in a controlled and safe manner. In addition to carbonates, it also contains sulfur, bromine and fluorine, which are essential for proper ionic balance and long-term stability in marine aquariums.
The 2000 ml format is ideal for medium to large reef aquariums, providing a reliable supply for consistent and precise dosing over time.

Dosing must compensate for the daily alkalinity consumption of the aquarium.
1,000 ml of Nyos® ION-B ALK/PH+ contain approximately 10,000 dKH.
Dosage guidelines:
5–10 ml per day per 100 liters (25 gallons) of aquarium water
Important note:
Calcium and alkalinity are consumed by corals in an approximate ratio of 1:7. Nyos® ION-B solutions are pre-formulated in the same 1:7 ratio, therefore in most cases equal amounts of both solutions should be dosed.
