ANUBIAS BARTERI VAR. NANA
Called the Dwarf Spear Leaf in the trade, this is one of the most popular aquarium plants there is. These are exceptional foreground plants that require only a minimum of care. Particular attention should be paid to the rhizome when planting: the thickened root stem should not be covered by the substrate. These little Anubias grow best when tied to stones or roots. They are often used with cichlids from Lakes Malawi and Tanganyika. This is a particularly decorative example, shown growing among the rocks
