TEST TROPIC MARIN
K+ PRO
Tropic Marin K+ Pro, Test for measuring Potassium in Marine Water
Features:
Potassium is a macronutrient of vital importance for all living things. In natural ocean water, this alkaline metal is present in an average concentration of 408 mg / l. In a marine aquarium, the potassium concentration is usually kept stable by regularly changing the water.
However, a potassium deficiency can occur in an aquarium due to the use of zeolites and other absorbents. A sign of this possible potassium deficiency is the clear discoloration of corals and the retraction of polyps. The potassium level in a marine aquarium should be checked regularly to ensure that the level is between 380 and 420 mg / l.
With the high-resolution Tropic Marin® Potassium Test Professional, potassium concentrations can be reliably determined with a resolution of 5 mg / l.
Useful for approximately 50 measurements
