LIMNOPHILA SESSIFLORA

Grown in a mini coco pot for plugging and growing in an aquarium. Packed in a breathable blister pack for on-the-go.

Limnophila sessiliflora is a cute and undemanding plant from Southeast Asia. A great alternative to Cabomba, which requires a lot of light.

The stems grow quickly to 40 cm high and become 3-4 cm wide. The plant often grows leggy in low light conditions, but this can be counteracted to some extent by stimulating growth with the addition of CO2. Looks best when planted in groups. In good growing conditions it sends out runners and spreads along the bottom.

Limnophila sessiliflora used to be called "Ambulia".
