ECHINODORUS GRISEBACHII BLEHERAE

Echinodorus 'Bleherae' from South America is undemanding and beautiful, and grows 20-50 cm tall.

A nutritious base promotes growth, but the plant requires pruning to prevent it from depriving the underlying plants of light. Echinodorus bleherae also does well in dimly lit aquariums, as it grows towards the light. It is a hardy and easy solitary plant for both beginners and experts with fairly large aquariums.

It was sold under the name "Paniculatus".
