Its IP68 waterproof rating allows it to function either submerged or above water, reducing light reflection and increasing luminous efficiency. When used underwater, it also helps lower aquarium temperatures.
Compact and safe, the TUNZE 8831 Eco Chic includes a Magnet Holder for easy mounting on glass up to 10 mm thick. Power consumption is minimal at 9 W, with automatic reduction to 7 W above 25°C, helping to preserve LED life and reduce energy use.
