Stendker GoodHeart 100g is a premium frozen food specifically developed for the complete and balanced nutrition of Discus fish. Backed by over 47 years of professional Discus breeding, it has been used exclusively in the STENDKER hatchery and is also well accepted by many other ornamental fish species.
This beef heart-based formula supports healthy growth, vibrant coloration, and strong immunity. The convenient blister format ensures precise and hygienic dosing.
Feeding Instructions:
Feed 3 times a day:
Morning (1 hour after lights on)
Midday (preferably always at the same time)
Evening (2 hours before lights off)
Discus quickly adapt to regular feeding schedules and will eagerly await feeding times. Hand-feeding is also possible if hands are free of any soaps or lotions.
Recommended Dosage:
For 10 Discus measuring 6.5 to 12 cm: ½ to 1 blister (2.5 - 5g) per meal, i.e., 7.5 - 15g daily
For 10 Discus measuring 12 to 18 cm: 1 to 1½ blisters (5 - 7.5g) per meal, i.e., 15 - 22.5g daily
Always fully defrost the food before feeding (preferably overnight in the fridge). Only feed as much as can be consumed within 5 minutes to avoid polluting the aquarium water. Discus lack a strong sense of satiety, so overfeeding may lead to health issues.
