HYDROCOTYLE LEUCOCEPHALA
Hydrocotyle leucocephala, or Brazilian centella, is one of the least demanding stem plants. We found this little jewel in the shallow waters of crystalline rivers, but also in the humid and compressed undergrowth of the jungle. In aquariums it grows very quickly and is highly recommended for beginner aquarists. As soon as the shoots reach the surface of the water, they continue to grow and spread. Because of this rapid growth, the stems require frequent cutting and replanting.
