Dennerle Aquarium Starter Rapid consists of two key components
Biological Action
- Nitrifying bacteria Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter convert toxic ammonia into nitrite, then into nitrate, reducing toxicity
- Denitrifying bacteria Paracoccus break down nitrates into harmless nitrogen gas, preventing pollution buildup
- Filter bacteria eliminate organic waste, plant debris, food leftovers, fish waste, and excess proteins, keeping the water clean and safe

Usage Instructions
