In the Professionel 4+ line, Eheim has also improved the technology used by incorporating the new "Xtender" button that, in the event of a reduction in flow due to a blockage in the pipes or due to a clogging of the filter material, allows the flow to be redirected; in this way, the biological filtration is not altered and maintenance can be postponed for a couple of days. There are three Professionel 4+ models available and they are for aquariums up to 250, 350 and 600 liters; the 250 and 300 models are also available in the Thermo variant (with built-in heating) and the 300 model also exists in the electronic version, controllable via PC through the appropriate interface.
