ECHINODORUS 'AQUARTICA' – Compact Aquarium Plant with Bright Green Rounded Leaves
Echinodorus 'Aquartica' is a compact, decorative aquarium plant known for its round, vibrant green leaves and slow, easy growth. With a modest height of 10–20 cm, it is ideal as a foreground focal point or a solitary specimen in both small and medium-sized aquariums. The plant maintains its lush green appearance even under standard lighting and nutrient conditions, making it a suitable choice for beginners and experienced aquascapers alike.
This unique cultivar was developed by Kristian Iversen of the company "Aquartica" and is the result of selective hybridization between Echinodorus horemanii and various round-leaved Echinodorus species.
