Magnesium Chloride 1 Kg is a high-purity technical salt designed to maintain and adjust magnesium levels in marine and reef aquariums. Magnesium is essential for the healthy growth of hard corals and coralline algae, playing a key role in calcification processes and supporting the ionic balance of the aquarium water. The ideal magnesium level ranges between 1300 and 1400 ppm and is crucial for creating a stable environment that promotes coral and algae development.
With a pharmaceutical-grade purity of at least 99.6%, this magnesium chloride ensures maximum safety and effectiveness. It is fully soluble in reverse osmosis water and is perfect for manual dosing or automated systems using dosing pumps, especially in tanks with known daily consumption. Once dissolved, the solution distributes evenly in the sump without leaving residues.

Instructions for use:
50 g raises magnesium by approx. 60 ppm in 100 liters of water
Dissolve in 1–3 liters of RO water and mix thoroughly
Slowly pour into sump in a high-flow area
Do not increase more than 50 ppm per day
Use reliable test kits to monitor levels
Important note:
Royal Nature salt mix already contains the correct amount of MgCl₂. Additional supplementation with Magnesium Chloride is recommended only for high-demand systems or aquariums not using Royal Nature salt.
