AquaActiv DuoBoost is the 2-phase booster for a healthy pond.
In the first phase of action, the gel, consisting of a highly active enzymatic and bacterial liquid, accumulates organic dirt, ammonium nitrite and nitrate. At the same time, the filter biology is effectively activated. Active phase 2 consists of 2 cm mineral spheres or a large mineral sphere with a diameter of 5 cm, which slowly dissolves, releasing important trace elements, co-substrates and minerals into the pond water.
DuoBoost was specially developed to support pond biology. It consists of two complementary action phases: The first action phase is a gel that is placed directly into the pond or filter chamber. This gel is a highly active fluid that contains enzymes and bacteria that remove organic dirt, ammonium and nitrite. The filter bacteria are activated at the same time.
The second action phase is a sphere of 2 cm or 5 cm diameter that dissolves over time, releasing important trace elements, cosubstrates, minerals and valuable additives that are otherwise difficult to include in an artificial pond.
If necessary, you can repeat the treatment with DuoBoost several times a year. Both phases lay the foundation for clear, healthy water and excellent pond biology. If the water is green, however, you should use a UVC clarifier to remove the algae that cause the problem.
The gel and spheres can be placed directly into the filter or pond. The balls will completely dissolve over time. If your pond contains fish, place the balls in the included net before using them.
