Live potted aquatic plant, packed in a breathable take-away blister.

The South American Sagittaria subulata is an ideal and undemanding foreground plant whose short runners form a compact group. Place individual plants 2-4 cm apart. This plant can cause problems because under certain conditions it suddenly reaches a height of 50 cm when it gets older. But if it is then moved to the background, it may become short again. In the aquarium it sometimes sends a long flower stalk to the surface and small white flowers open just above the water surface.
