FEEDING KIT
Flipper Feeding Kit transforms any Scraper model into an underwater feeder perfect for helping to feed all those fish that, by nature or necessity, prefer to feed on the bottom rather than on the surface.
The kit consists of a clamp for algae sheets and a cylinder with lid.
To mount the kit on the Scraper, simply "flip" the latter from the scraper side so that the side with the felt pad is facing the inside of the tank; once this is done, it will be sufficient to attach, using the Velcro strip, the Feeding Kit to the pad.
The novelty introduced by the Flipper Feeding Kit is the possibility, using the cylinder with lid, to create a real underwater feeder to be able to feed even the most shy fish; to do this, simply place the cylinder on the surface of the water and immerse it without the water filling it completely; the level of immersion can obviously vary according to your needs.
After this, you can proceed to insert the food into the cylinder and then close the lid; a real air chamber has been created, delimited by the lid and the surface of the water; the cylinder can now be completely immersed and positioned, sliding the Flipper on the glass, wherever it is deemed most necessary. According to a physical principle, the "air chamber" will remain stable until the cylinder is completely removed from the water.
The food inserted will thus be easily accessible to all those fish that hide in the crevices or that feed on the bottom; after a certain period of time, the food, soaked, will begin to slowly sink, becoming accessible even for those fish that, due to their size, were unable to enter the cylinder to reach the food.
