The phytohormones used by FLOURISH ADVANCE belong to a group of compounds of organic compounds precursors of the synthesis of auxin, a hormone involved in cell replication and meristematic activity in plant shoots, which also plays a fundamental role in the induction of photosynthesis gene expression, leaf senescence and nutrient mobilization. The research carried out in the Seachem laboratories does not stop, selecting a series of amino acids such as ALANINE which increases the plant's resistance to possible stress, AMINOBUTYRIC ACID and GLUTAMMIC ACID as mediators in the biosynthesis of chlorophyll. Other important components are MANNITOL, a crucial sugar in the response to stress, particularly of an osmotic nature, and ASCORBIC ACID commonly known as vitamin C, a well-known antioxidant, of which recent research confirms its important role as a growth stimulator in addition to the already known protection from UV radiation.
Ensuring greater tolerance to stress and optimizing the metabolic activity of plants, FLOURISH ADVANCE turns out to be an excellent support when starting a new aquarium, conditions in which daily use is recommended for the first 10-14 days in a dosage of 5 ml /80l, period during which it acts by stimulating the growth of the roots and therefore of the epigeal part of the plant.
Subsequently, or in the normal management of a planted aquarium, we recommend the use of FLOURISH ADVANCE integrated with the already known FLOURISH fertilization protocol, in order to guarantee maximum absorption of nutrients.
