Flourish Potassium contains 40,000 mg/L of potassium in a form specifically designed for the natural planted aquarium. Potassium is one of the extremely important elements to allow the correct development of a planted aquarium. Potassium can be depleted quickly if the aquarium has high growth rates and if the level of dissolved minerals in the water is low; in these cases the lack of potassium can become a limiting factor in the correct development of plants.
The use of Flourish Potassium is recommended to maintain a correct potassium concentration and avoid plant decay. Use EQUILIBRIUM during water changes to stabilize the initial potassium concentration.
How to use:
Use 1 cap (5 m) for every 125 l. This dose brings the potassium concentration to 1 mg/l. Repeat the operation 2 or 3 times a week and if necessary, for example in response to signs of potassium deficiency such as: chlorosis (yellowing), necrosis (death/drying), weak seedlings and roots.
