Traditional pumps produce a strong movement that can disturb corals, the innovative design of Nero 5, however, pushes the water with a wide flow that can move food, debris or other free floating particles without hitting the corals directly. Circulation pumps, in a marine aquarium, have different functions, the main goal is to produce a flow that avoids the formation of dead zones and helps move debris that will then be removed by filtration. Now with BlueTooth LE you can connect to your pumps faster, have a greater range and access multiple functions, but above all you can avoid the whole process of creating a wireless network to interface with. Now with Nero 5, by opening the MyAi App, you can choose the operating mode and control the movement in your aquarium. Different flow modes will allow you to choose what is best for your corals and fish. Among the particularly interesting features are the Random and Schedule modes, you can create a complete daily program, which passes through different modes and settings, or let Nero 5 establish it for you, in Random mode. The included controller has a single button but is extremely versatile and, if you do not want to control the pump through a smart device, do not worry, simply by pressing or holding the button for different times, you can change speed, mode or turn the pump on and off without having to access additional control interfaces.
Flow Mode:
Random - Surprise your tank with random flow. Nero 5 will randomly change the flow rate throughout the day, creating a completely natural movement.
Impulse - You can create a standing wave by setting Nero 5 to Impulse mode. The pulse interval and flow rate can be changed to match your aquarium. The wave may cause stress to your aquarium, but it is a great way to lift debris from hard to reach areas.
Constant - Set it and forget it! Simply set the appropriate flow rate and Nero 5 will continue to run at that speed until you make changes.
Schedule - Allows you to create a program that can use different flow modes. With the MyAi app, creating a flow schedule is easy and can be done in just a few minutes!
Feed - If you want to do targeted feeding, having a pump with Feed mode is a must. Press and hold the controller button for 2-5 seconds to put Nero 5 into Feed mode for 10 minutes.
All-Off - Turn off the pump whenever you want, keeping the programmed functions when you turn it back on. Press and hold the driver button for 6 or more seconds to turn off the pump. Tapping the button again will restart the pump
