It is specially formulated for use with reverse osmosis water. This salt will satisfy the needs of the busy hobbyist. Pro Coral Red Sea has been specially formulated for use with reverse osmosis water or soft tap water and contains high levels of calcium and buffer substances that provide a high amount of these elements, essential for the growth of hard corals. Using the same natural minerals found in the sea, the new Pro Coral salt will allow all hobbyists who use reverse osmosis water to have a superior product, already complete for use in the aquarium with a considerable saving of time and money. The chemically balanced formula to maintain the most fragile corals and other delicate marine animals allows it to reach a stable and natural pH immediately after mixing, this salt is also free of nitrates and phosphates, the amount of calcium and other minerals present in the mix, will help the maintenance in the aquarium and their proliferation of calcareous algae and all invertebrates that use large amounts of calcium for the construction of their skeletons or calcareous covers.
