To promote fast and uniform coverage, the plant should be divided into small clumps (about 1/8 of the cup) and planted a few centimeters apart. Position it in an open area, free from shading by taller plants, to ensure proper light exposure and compact horizontal growth. This species can also tolerate low salinity, making it suitable for brackish water setups.
