TUNZE® HUB EDITION pumps are electronically controlled with their Controller and are equipped with the Fish Care function. These pumps are equipped with the Turbelle® Controller 7020 to control the pump flow rate and access the TUNZE® HUB. Thanks to this cloud solution, numerous TUNZE® devices and those from other manufacturers can be clearly controlled and regulated via WiFi and the Internet. An integrated real-time clock prevents delays due to power failures.
The Turbelle® stream 2 is often considered a role model for other stream pumps on the market and remains a standard in reef aquariums, having been continuously developed over the past 15 years. Today, we have new technologies for its optimization, such as numerical fluid mechanics.
With the ambitious goal of developing the most efficient adjustable stream pump in the world, with the new Turbelle® stream 6105 eco we have succeeded in achieving a volumetric flow of 12,000 l/h with only 11 W of power. This is the first time that we have exceeded an efficiency of 1,000 l/h/W, which for a long time was considered unattainable.
This equates to 175.2 kWh per year.
At 0.35 €/kWh, this equates to a saving of 306.6 € during the warranty period.
As a result, the stream 2 has more than earned its "eco" designation!
