MINIMUM ORDER
- TROPICALNATURE does not require any minimum order.
PRICE LIST
- TROPICAL NATURE reserves the right to change product prices at any time, however, the prices invoiced are those in effect at the time of the order. In case of discrepancy between the rate indicated and the one in force at the time of the Customer's order, due to a typing, editing, or calculation error on the Website, the prevailing rate will apply, and any difference will be refunded to the customer.
SHIPPING
- PRODUCTS will be shipped within 24/48 hours after verification of completed payment, from Monday to Friday, except for PLANTS which are shipped only from Monday to Thursday.
For orders over € 69.00 and weighing less than 15 kg, shipping is free.
For lower amounts, the shipping cost will be € 8.90. - In case of cash on delivery for any amount, an extra € 6 will be recognized.
Once you have completed the order and made the payment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

PURCHASING METHODS
- E-commerce: through our website, the Customer can only purchase products available in the electronic catalog of the Site at the time of order submission. For any special requests, please send us an email.
The quickest way to place an order is through the internet (online). The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by TROPICAL NATURE through an email sent to the Customer's email address. The confirmation message will include a Customer Order Number, to be used in all subsequent communications with TROPICAL NATURE. TROPICAL NATURE will reproduce all data entered by the Customer, who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections to the contacts listed in their registration form or in the confirmation email itself. In case of non-acceptance of the order, TROPICAL NATURE guarantees timely communication to the Customer via email or by phone. If the ordered products are not available after the Customer's order, TROPICAL NATURE will send an email to the Customer to inform them of the product's unavailability and propose cancellation or modification of their order. Remember that if the delivery address is different from the one entered in the order, please inform us promptly. - Email: by writing to info@tropicalnature.it indicating the product, quantity ordered, type of payment chosen, and your complete details;

PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit Card Payment - PAYPAL System
By choosing this payment method, clicking on "Confirm Order" will redirect you to PayPal's secure server, where you can make the payment safely using a Credit Card or directly your PayPal account, if you have one, without any risk of someone obtaining your data. At the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately debit the amount related to the purchase made. In case of order cancellation, both by the Customer and in case of non-acceptance of the order by TROPICAL NATURE, the amount related to the canceled goods will be credited back to the Customer's PayPal account. The reimbursement times on the payment instrument chosen within the PayPal account depend exclusively on PayPal and the concerned banking system. - POSTEPAY
If you want to use Postepay as a payment method, simply send an email with the order for what interests you specifying that you want to pay with Postepay. If you do not have a Postepay, you can make the payment to our Postepay card by going to any post office or tobacconist. All the information for payment with Postepay will be indicated in the order confirmation email. - BANK TRANSFER
If you choose this payment method, shipment will only take place after the credited amount is received.
TRANSPORT
- TROPICAL NATURE is not responsible in any way for damages caused and/or transport delays.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the advance transport document via email;
- that the package is intact, not damaged, not tampered with, neither wet nor altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape and straps).
- Any disputes must be raised immediately via email to TROPICAL NATURE at : info@tropicalnature.it
- What to do in case of transport damage: If there is obvious damage to the packaging during unloading, it is necessary: accept the package but at the moment you sign the document you must write in the appropriate space, "Accept with reservation of rights". In cases where the Customer accepts with reservation, please inform TROPICAL NATURE by writing to: info@tropicalnature.it attaching photos proving the damage suffered, a copy of the signed courier waybill, and a declaration of the damage suffered. PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
- The right of withdrawal occurs within 5 days from receipt of the goods, by sending an email with written communication to info@tropicalnature.it.
Shipping costs will be refunded if the product:
- does not match what was ordered;
- is damaged or not working.
- The refund is in accordance with the standard rates of our courier. Additional costs cannot be refunded. We offer the possibility of having the package collected by our courier directly at the customer's home, upon payment of the shipping costs specified via email.
PACKAGING OF GOODS
- TROPICAL NATURE guarantees maximum care and professionalism in the packaging of products, ensuring minimal risk of receiving damaged goods.
COURIER
- The use of couriers used for the shipment of goods is evaluated according to the weight of the purchased products and the shipping location, directly by us. All shipments, unless different agreements with the Customer, will be made using carriers defined by TROPICAL NATURE. Shipping costs will be charged to the Customer as specified in the order. In case the carrier is appointed in any capacity directly by the Customer, TROPICAL NATURE will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage and/or damage of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier at our greenhouse.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs for heavy and/or bulky materials (sand, rocks, supports, neon lights, salts, aquariums etc.) will be calculated and communicated subsequently to the order.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
- The delivery time, purely indicative, is approximately 1-3 working days from the date of the order, and may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic and general road conditions or by act of the Authorities. The processing of the order normally takes place within 24/48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) from receipt of the acceptance email. However, shipping will take place as specified in the same, not before the payment of orders executed with advance payment formula has been accounted for. However, delivery may vary due to force majeure, due to special traffic conditions and general traffic conditions. Any delays in delivery cannot be attributed to us.
